Kyle Dyer has worked in real estate for over 5 years and is a certified EcoBroker. He has significant knowledge of and experience in West and South Philadelphia, including the niche markets of Old City, University City, Graduate Hospital, Grays Ferry, Overbrook, Pennsport, Wynnefield, and the Italian Market. He has lived in Philly since 1997 when he moved here to attend the University of Pennsylvania. Kyle graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a double major in Economics and Spanish and a minor in Math, and he earned his real estate credentials at The Real Estate Institute at Temple University - Center City. Besides selling real estate, he also currently teaches Spanish in University City and Center City. He has a puppy named Jackson.
